Running low on packaging supplies and can’t wait? No problem, with our Click and Collect service you can get your essentials quicker than ever before.

Here’s how it works.

Ordering online

Placing your order online for collection is quick and easy. Simply browse and add your items to your basket as usual and once you have added all necessary products, you can proceed to check out. Once you have reviewed your order and are sure you have everything you need, select ‘click and collect’ as your chosen delivery method and we will sort the rest.

Express collection

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation – this will confirm your chosen delivery method. Our team will begin to prepare your order right away.  Once your order has been picked & packed, you will recieve a collection notification to let you know your order is ready. Orders are typically ready for collection in 2 hours, subject to stock availability.

The final cut off time for same day click and collect orders is 3pm Monday - Thursday, and 2pm Friday. If you place your order after these times, it will be available for collection the next working day.

Please note that collections can take place 9am – 4:30pm Monday to Thursday and 9am – 3:30pm on Friday’s.
