Free Delivery

We want to provide you the peace of mind that your packaging supplies will arrive quickly, when you need them, with minimum inconvenience. For this reason, we are pleased to offer free next day delivery to all our customers.

Our free delivery promise covers all our van routes throughout the North-West that are shown on the map below. This is our way of ensuring that your shopping experience with us is always smooth and hassle free.

To receive your order the next working day, simply ensure your order is submitted either on our website, or with our team by 3pm Monday - Thursday, and 2pm on Friday's. Any orders placed after these cut off times will be processed the following working day.

While we love to provide free next day delivery, there are a few exceptions. If your items are out of stock, sourced according to a specific specification, or bespoke, additional processing times will apply – please ask our team when you place your order, who will provide the most up to date delivery timescales.

Deliveries outside of the regions show below will be subject to a carriage charge. Please speak to our team who will be happy to provide a delivery quote.

Free Returns

If you need to return any of our packaging supplies or just want more info on our return policy, reach out to our fantastic customer services team at 01204 395959 or shoot us an email at sales@lancopak.co.uk. Make sure to send back the items within 10 working days of delivery.

Good news – if you return a product in unused and tip-top condition within this timeframe, we can issue a credit. Just remember, it should be in its original packaging, no writing on it, and the packaging itself should be looking good without any visible damage.

When it comes to our custom packaging, once it's ordered, we can't accept returns unless there's some damage or defect.
